I’ve made some minor updates to the instructions, and a major update to the quality. Instead of the jagged lines in the pattern, we now have smooth lines! I had been exporting to a .pdf file; what I should have been doing is publishing to a pdf (Under “File” in the menubar).

Since I noticed some sites are linking to the old file, I’ve left it on the server so those links won’t break.  I would encourage those folks to link to the new file, though, as it is a better version. The new file (approx. 246Kbyte) is here:
